By creating an account or using Parcel Wing, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.

Parcel Wing may only be used for lawful and compliant email sending. You agree not to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing content, or any content that violates applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar regulations). You are solely responsible for the content you send and your compliance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to monitor sending activity and suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we detect abuse, excessive complaints, spam-like behavior, or activity that may harm deliverability or the integrity of our infrastructure.

You retain all rights to the data you send through Parcel Wing. You grant us a limited right to process that data solely to deliver emails, maintain system performance, and prevent abuse.

Parcel Wing provides email delivery infrastructure on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery rates, inbox placement, or uptime. Email delivery depends on external systems outside of our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcel Wing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, failed email delivery, or reputational harm resulting from use of the platform.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based overages may be charged based on actual email volume sent. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, data may be retained for a limited period before deletion in accordance with our data retention policies.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
