Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.
1. Sending Quality Requirements
All sending activity must meet acceptable deliverability standards. Excessive complaints, bounces, or spam signals may result in immediate account restriction or termination.
Complaint rate should remain below 0.1%
Bounce rate should remain below 5%
Sudden spikes in volume or poor engagement may trigger review
2. Prohibited Sending Behavior
The following uses of the platform are strictly prohibited:
Sending unsolicited bulk or mass email without prior consent (spam)
Phishing, impersonation, or deceptive messaging
Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
Sending malware, viruses, or malicious code
Activities that interfere with or degrade system performance
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
3. Prohibited Content
You may not send emails promoting or containing:
Illegal goods or services
Pharmaceuticals or unregulated medical products
Gambling or betting services (where restricted)
Pornographic or sexually explicit content
Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
“Get rich quick” or misleading financial opportunities
Credit repair or debt relief schemes
Purchased, scraped, or rented email lists
Any content that harms deliverability or platform reputation
4. Mailing List Requirements
All recipients must have given clear permission to receive your emails.
You must obtain prior opt-in consent from recipients
You must clearly identify yourself in each message
You must include a valid physical or business address
You must provide an easy and functional unsubscribe mechanism
You must honor opt-out requests promptly
You must comply with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
5. Account and Platform Usage
You may not misuse the platform or attempt to bypass limitations.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or restrictions
Circumventing sending quotas or pricing mechanisms
Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities
Using the service in a way that could harm other customers
6. Enforcement
Parcel Wing reserves the right to monitor activity and take action at any time, including rate limiting, suspension, or termination of accounts that violate this policy.
In some cases, we may attempt to contact you before taking action. However, severe violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
