Send test emails
The Send Test page creates a real transactional message from a verified domain, making it useful for early inbox placement checks and template QA.
When to use it
Use the dashboard test sender after domain verification and before sending production traffic. It is intentionally more realistic than a one-word “test” email, because mailbox providers evaluate sender, subject, content, and recipient behavior together.
This is a real send
Compose a test
Choose a verified domain, set the local part for the sender address, enter a sender name, recipient, optional reply-to, subject, and plain-text body. Parcel Wing validates the sender domain and prevents sends from inactive or unverified domains.

Capture the dashboard Send Test page with the message source dropdown, sending domain selector, from address preview, recipient field, subject, body, and Send email button visible.
Test saved templates
If you select a saved template, Parcel Wing renders the template again on the server before sending. Template subjects and bodies are locked in the form so the test matches the saved template instead of a local approximation.

Read the result
A successful send returns the message ID in the dashboard. Use that ID to find the message in the Emails area, inspect the event timeline, and compare the expected sender, recipient, subject, and template metadata.
If a test lands in spam, do not assume the domain is broken. One-off tests are noisy signals. Send realistic application traffic to engaged recipients before judging placement.
